What is acrylic?
Acrylic is transparent, sky white and all colours plastic material. Most of us know acrylic by its various trade names,including Plexiglas, Lucite, and Acrylite. The most visible applications for Acrylic are store fixtures and point-of-purchase displays.
Why is Acrylic used in Store Fixtures?
Acrylic is crystal clear in its natural state and can be assembled into sparkling ,attractive displays to showcase products. While clear acrylic looks like fine crystal, it is much more rugged than glass and is a far safer material to use for store fixtures and displays.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF ACRYLIC SHEETS
Cast acrylic sheets consist of the bulk polymerization of methylmethacry late with the monomer acting as the solvent.The monomer is partially polymerized to a thick syrup,To the syrup additional ingredients are added, such as initators, mould release agents, UV-stabilizers, pigments, etc. The mixture is then poured into the cast cell which consists of two pieces of polished glass, slightly larger than the finished sheet.The glass plates are held together with clamps that respond to the contraction of the mould caused by the shrinkage of the acrylic as it solidifies.Upon completion of the solidifying process, the mould is dried in an oven and then opened to remove the cast acrylic sheet.

PLASTIC WELDING PROCESS

WELD QUALITES

As a manual processesor, We believe that weld quality is dependent on skill. There is no recognised non-destructive technique, that conclusively shows the presence of defects in plastic welds that could lead to weld failure.Therefore, it is recommended that our company operation manager will go for good quality welder training in HOT GAS and receive a welder certification under the European Standard (EN13067) sets out the criteria for plastic welder approval. It details a scheme where the welder undergoes both a theoretical and a practical test and the welder, upon successful completion, is awarded a certificate of approval in the specific material categories taken in the test.
